That's totally fine! EZ Checks only looks for the followers and following data inside your ZIP, ignoring everything else.
Instagram prepares the file on their servers and depending on how much data your account has, it can take anywhere from a minute to a few hours. Usually just a few minutes. You'll get an email from Instagram when your ZIP is ready to download.
